Villa Margarita is one of three recently constructed stone villas
situated within the Aria di Mare estate, close to St. Barbara Beach in
Katelios. This two-bedroom single-level property features an open-plan
living, dining, and kitchen area. On either side of the living space,
there are en-suite bedrooms with sliding doors that lead to the
poolside terrace. The twin bedroom is equipped with an en-suite shower
room designed for easy access for wheelchair users, complete with grab
handles. For outdoor living, the villa offers a brick-built BBQ and a
shaded dining area with comfortable sunbeds located beside the private
pool. The property includes secure parking and is conveniently located
within walking distance of the local sandy beaches, supermarket,
bakery, bars, tavernas, and Katelios harbor. Additionally, there is a
nearby bus stop for added convenience.

comfortable sofas and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
