Villa Erasmia is located in Trapezaki, Kefalonia. This detached

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Great basic property immaculately clean outside area beautiful great communication. Quick polite responses from Agri Travel Only criticism is only one shower out of 3 has a door !! ( in annexe) upstairs is a bath with shower over but no shower curtain downstairs in main house is a cubicle with door removed and all of the showers are fitted at mid height so on holding shower over you to wash the water will spray everywhere as the pressure is very strong ..and only a small bath mat provided don’t know if this is normal for Greece but cleaning up masses of water after every shower isn’t a holiday chore I’d want Kitchen needs new wine bottle opener scissors and more than one chopping board

Great Villa

Stayed at Villa Erasmia with 3 teenage sons for two weeks in August 2023. The villa met all expectations, meeting descriptions on the website. Interaction with host and Agni Travel was excellent with all our questions answered very quickly. Outside area and pool are fantastic with plenty of space and privacy. Good space inside also although bathrooms, particularly, are a little tired looking. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and cleaning lady did a great job when she visited. We fund the double bed a bit hard but we accept that's just a matter of taste. The 3rd bedroom in the separate part of the building with separate "front door" is a bit weird but no problem for us with older teenage kids who we didn't mind being locked away separately from us at night. Location is great, being quiet but with two restaurants easily walkable,10-15mins. 5 or 6 more restaurants and good mini-markets 15-20 mins walk but up steep hill. Small, isolated but beautiful beach 10 minute walk down very steep hill with walk back up more like 20 mins. The larger Lourdas beach with a few restaurants and bars really needs a car (5 min drive) unless you are feeling very energetic, particularly for the steep upwards climb home again. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend villa Erasmia as a "get away from it" stay in Kefalonia.

We had a great stay in Villa Erasmia. It’s in a good position to walk to restaurants in Vlachata, up the hill, short and sharp for 10 minutes. We loved the pool and the views and Trapezaki is a good base to look around the island. Enjoyed going to Lourdas beach and the water sports there and then relaxing on nearby Kanali beach was out favourite. Good tavernas in Vlachata, especially Captain Zorbas and Le Mer, but all were good and we didn’t have a bad meal anywhere. Would definitely recommend this villa and Agni Travel.

Lovely, welll equipped, villa in a quiet location

This is a really nice villa in a quiet location but within a short driving distance to beaches, tavernas, supermarkets, etc., and only about 20 minutes drive from the airport. It's very well equipped and had everything we needed for a quiet relaxing break. The large terrace around the pool means you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening and the owner was at the other end of the phone in case you needed anything. The internet was a bit hit & miss while we were there but this wasn't an issue for us as the area gets a good 4G signal. We'd only have one small suggestion for the owners: the three showers in the villa don't have a wall fixing for the shower head so you have to hold the shower head when using it which isn't ideal, although the water pressure in the showers was very good. Overall we would definitely recommend the villa to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing break in nice surroundings.

Perfect for a tranquil break and relaxation. I liked the area and the sea views from the terrace were appreciative. Villa Erasmia was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Bedrooms are a good size, with plenty of storage space. Nice spacious outside area with garden, private pool, and terrace. Villa is in a very peaceful location only a 10-minute walk from the Vlachata and Trapezaki beach with a huge choice of restaurants shops, supermarkets, and entertainment. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. Nice spend time at Trapezaki and Kanali Beach where we enjoyed tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. We had a nice holiday at the villa and Trapezaki and we will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.

The outside and pool area were magnificent and we all had our own privacy given the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. This is the first holiday we have had when we have not visited hotel resorts- and it was great to have ended up at such a well-thought-out and well-cared-for property. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the pool. The pool is just great and having breakfast just outside next to the pool or at the terrace with the sea view is amazing. The children loved the pool and terrace and played there almost all day which in turn gave us a break too! Everyone in Trapezaki was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Argostoli and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Looking forward to booking Villa Erasmia again next year.

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing in the day and evening by the pool. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. The villa and Trapezaki were perfect for my family. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places are Argostoli and Lassi. Overall the villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

We had such a lovely stay at Villa Erasmia, it is in a great location with sea views in the distance and Mount Ainos behind. A car is recommended to travel around the beautiful island but there are small supermarkets and tavernas up the hill (highly recommend The Balcony). On arrival we found a bowl of fresh fruit and fruit juices, which were very welcome after our journey. The villa worked well for us, with a large bedroom and ensuite being slightly separate from the main part of the villa, so we had some privacy away from our teenagers! It would be ideal for families traveling with grandparents. The pool was lovely and clean and there are plenty of sunbeds. There were also areas out of the sun around the villa for those of us who preferred to shade-bathe. The villa was immaculate and the cleaner came on Mondays and Fridays from 4pm til 6.30pm. Towels were provided (including pool towels) and there was a good supply of essentials such as toilet rolls and washing up liquid. There is a Lidl about 15 minutes drive away for those who prefer to self-cater. Stavros, the owner, lives next door and he popped by on a few occasions to water the plants and check the pool. Hes friendly but didnt intrude at all. We would definitely recommend Villa Erasmia to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Our family of 6 had the most amazing holiday at Villa Erasmia. We have been visiting Trapezaki/Lourdata are for the last 7 years so know the area quite well & this villa is in an ideal location. It is very well equipped, totally private & the views are spectacular. Agni Travel service is highly recommended - excellent communication from start to finish without being intrusive but felt they were available if needed. Would definitely use again. We were well looked after on site by Stavros, he kept us informed of cleaning rota & assisted us with whatever we needed. Looking forward to our next trip.

We are a family of 5 and have just returned from Villa Erasmia. Upon arrival we met the lovely Stavros, who welcomed us warmly. The villa was exactly what we expected. The kids loved the big pool and we all thought the views were completely spectacular. Id say you definitely need a car and mosquito repellent is a must!!!! All in all we have had an amazing time and couldnt recommend it enough.

My husband and I traveled to Kefalonia with our 16-year-old daughter, she was over the moon that she had the separate apartment all to herself!! More time to spend on her phone and the internet!! We arrived late in the evening but the villa was easy to access and felt welcoming and certainly felt spacious. After a great nights sleep on what was a very comfortable bed, we were greeted with glorious weather, an amazing view and a super clean pool. We all enjoyed breakfast in the sunshine. Even my daughter ventured out from her pit!! We spent time exploring the island, we hired a car even, though there is a taverna just a short walk away as we like to see as much as possible. We would certainly not hesitate in returning to Erasmia or the beautiful Kefalonia.
