Villa Angelos is a new stone built one level villa with spacious open
plan living, dining and kitchen area. Three adjacent bedrooms, each
with en-suite showers, have sliding balcony doors to the pool terraces.
For outdoor living there is a brick built BBQ and shaded dining area
with comfortable sunbeds by the private pool. The gated property offers
safe parking and is an easy walk to the supermarket, bakery, bars,
tavernas and sandy beaches of Katelios.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
