Overlooking the glistening azure waves of the Ionian Sea, you’ll find it hard to find a dreamier Greek island getaway than at Villa Alba Minies. Set on the edge of the island’s spellbinding coastline, you could spend all day looking out over the glittering seascape. Nestled within the sprawling rural landscape of the Kefalonian countryside, this slice of paradise is the place to unwind and truly get away from it all. Located below the village of Minies, life here moves a little slower. Spend days unwinding on its sandy beach at Megali Ammos, delve into its twisting countryside and coastal walks, and try Greek cuisine at local restaurants.
The outdoor area is sure to impress, encircled by lush gardens and designed to show off the spellbinding scenery. Cosy up on the sublime sun-kissed terrace and take in the endless panoramas, with a plethora of comfy furniture at your disposal. The beautiful pool is exceptional, directly overlooking the sparkling Ionian waves and lined with plush white sun loungers. With the coast at your doorstep follow a small private footpath to a sublime stretch of rocky coast along the water’s edge, just adjacent to the villas. Dinner is best enjoyed alfresco, with an outdoor dining table and barbecue set under the veranda at your disposal.
Recently refurbished to a sophisticated standard, contemporary design meets ultimate comfort, creating a tranquil escape. Planned in a split-level layout with upper and lower living quarters, Villa Alba Minies has been designed with space in mind for up to ten guests to unwind and relax together. You’ll find two living spaces, both with crème-coloured sofas tempting you to kick off your shoes in blissful comfort in front of the brick fireplace and flatscreen TVs. The kitchens are homely and warm, with an abundance of worktop space, modern lighting fixtures, and sleek pine cabinetry. Extremely spacious, the five bedrooms spanning across the villa are simply beautiful and designed in a minimalistic way. On the raised ground entrance floor, there is one ensuite double bedroom, with another bedroom with access to a large adjacent bathroom. The lower garden level offers three bedrooms; one double ensuite shower room and two further bedrooms sharing a full bathroom.
Perfect for larger groups of family or friends, Villa Alba Minies is neighboured by Villa Tramonto Minies, it's identical sister villa.
*- Please note that the two floors are not connected internally and each can only be accessed through external doorways. In the case of a 12 person booking, a pop up bed will be provided for the 12th guest.
