Situated in Razáta, within 6 km of Historical and Folklore Museum of Corgialenos, Sofia's apartments offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and a garden.

The house consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen and a bathroom. All surrounded by a veranda, the garden and plenty of parking spaces.
Starting from the outside, we have a beautifully landscaped exterior that combines a garden and patio area. Sun loungers on the lawn and a table setup for six give you options for relaxing or enjoying a meal under the sun.
Coming inside, the living room to your right will offer you a comfortable option to relax inside with two sofas and a TV.
The adjoining kitchen and dining area offer plenty of space to prepare and share any meal for up to even six people. The kitchen is of course fully equipped to meet all your self-catering needs. Branding a full lineup of the essential appliances (electrical stove and oven, extra wide fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker), lots of storage and all necessary utensils, dinnerware and cooking tools you might ever need. There is also a dining table for four to six people.
The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, while the other one has two singles. Both bedrooms have lots of space, and storage options in wardrobes, a small dresser and are all individually air-conditioned.
The bathroom has a bathtub and also contains the washing machine.


Our area is central to the whole island. While technically not inside Argostoli, Razata is just a detached suburb. We are in an area that grew from people who needed some more open space and connection with nature, but also remain close to the city.
There is not a particular beach within a small distance as we are situated on the mountain side of the Koutavos lagoon. However, there are a dozen amazing beaches within a few minutes’ drive in all directions. All the famous beaches around Argostoli like Costa costa, Makris & Platis Yalos, Fanari, Gradakia, Paliostafida and all the rest of the Lassi area are about 10’ away. Add 5-10' more to that car ride and you can visit Ammes, Megali Ammos, Avithos, Agios Thomas, Trapezaki, Lourdas or many, many more.

The nearest airport is Kefalonia Airport, 14 km from the apartment.
