Part of the well-known Liakas Villas resort, this is the first of a row of private villas, enjoying uncut views of the Ionian Sea and Zakynthos and taking advantage of its private grounds.
Elegantly designed with a modern touch, the villa seamlessly combines minimalist elements with traditional Kefalonian details, creating a harmonious and sophisticated atmosphere. A private entrance and parking area welcome guests to this remarkable property, which boasts its own 10 x 5 pool, sun terraces, comfortable loungers, and parasols. Nestled in its stunning private grounds, Villa Uranos offers complete privacy without sharing any facilities.

The villa encompasses two floors, featuring three double ensuite bedrooms capable of accommodating 2-6 people, along with three luxurious bathrooms. Each room is fully air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable stay even during the warmest months. On the ground floor, guests will find a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom, as well as a spacious living/dining room equipped with satellite TV and a DVD player. The fitted kitchen, complete with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a filter & NESPRESSO coffee maker, offers easy access to the veranda. All ground floor rooms lead directly to the meticulously landscaped garden and inviting pool. Ascending the stairs, guests will discover two more double rooms on the upper floor, including a master bedroom and another double bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms. The expansive windows of the master bedroom provide stunning sea views, allowing guests to wake up to the beauty of the surroundings. The villa is exclusively intended for private use, accommodating 2-6 people comfortably.

The charming village of Spartia is located just 2.5 kilometers away or a thirty-minute walk, offering a selection of shops, tavernas, and a beautiful sandy beach within easy reach. Nearby, the south coast resorts of Lourdas and Trapezaki are worth exploring, while the island's capital, Argostoli, can be reached within approximately twenty minutes by car. Additionally, half a mile from Villa Uranos, guests will find Liakas Village Apartments, a small group of holiday houses with a shared pool, bar, and tennis court, where villa guests are welcome to enjoy additional amenities.
