The villa features two en suite bedrooms, the twin bedroom has the shower located within the bedroom, with private terrace access, a bright open plan living space, plus a sleek fully equipped kitchen. The views are framed by the patio doors which lead directly out the terrace and pool area.

Outside, you can enjoy your own private pool, shaded terraces for lounging while reading your favourite book, and an in-built barbecue - all surrounded by peaceful hillside scenery. Designed with privacy and relaxation in mind, Charma is ideal for couples or families looking for a serene escape. With access to beautiful local beaches like Paliolinos (2.8km) and Avithos (5km), and just a short drive from shops, tavernas which can be found in and around the local area, with a further choices within Spartia (2.8km), this villa offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience, also the award-winning Sarris Winery can be found within a 15 minute drive (4.8km) for wine lovers.

Please note: The access lane is unmade and so low wheel based vehicles are not recommended. Being located next to Alena, and along the same access road as Melia, Charma could be a good choice for an extended family or a group of friends who can be near to each other whilst retaining their own individual space and privacy.
Please note: The Greek Government charge a Climate Tax which is payable by guests staying in hotels and other properties. For Charma the charge is a flat rate of €15 (£13.04) per night. For your convenience we will add this amount to your booking, rather than you having to pay it in resort.
