"We truly loved our condo🙂 I enjoyed that we were a end condo so that when we sat out on the lanai we had view of the water from the side & from the front, also lined that it was screened & had a ceiling fan..the bed was comfy & everything was clean..This was our 1st time staying here & to the area, so getting in the property after the office closed was a lil confusing, but we got it figured out & parking was a breeze after that..parking lot is well lit up..We felt safe here & would definitely...

"The apartment was perfect for us. The sunsets were wonderful every night. Steps from the beach and a quality pool area. Lots of excellent food choices in the area. Do yourself a favor and go to Dulce Mare for dessert!"

"Everything was as advertised and the pride in ownership stood out. Only thing that was a problem was the long walk to get to the Gulf water. We knew this going in so made good use of the pool instead."

"We have stayed at this property for several vacations are we have enjoyed it every time. Great location on the Marco River overseeing the pool and marina provides lots of activity to watch. Close to many great restaurants and bars but quite enough for older folks like us to enjoy the peace and quite. This is the 3rd year in a row that we have visited this condo and it fits us perfectly. The owner, Lauren, is very accommodating and helpful. We highly recommend staying here!!"

"Three bedroom end unit means SPACIOUS balcony, really could spend a weekend there and never leave it. Sunsets are spectacular. Condo was very clean. Master has gulf views BR 1 and 2 are adequate as is the kitchen which has coffee maker and was well equipped. Oh- there are beach chairs and canopy and umbrella and beach toys there, i did not see in listing, we brought our own, but they are there! Location is fabulous, the Apollo is a little dated but right there amongst the high end places, and...

"Beautiful home/Condo only 2 flaws/challenges, dishwasher did not work properly and TV in 2nd Bedroom was not connected for cable tv. It did not provide access to Cable TV, only PPV Channels. Dishwasher leaked and was not secured to Cabinet/Counter. Otherwise very enjoyable vacation, beautiful area, great restaurants and activities in area with the beach just 5-minute drive from our complex.Great ammenities at the"

"The rental unit is clean and has everything you need but only appropriate for two people ,the space is very small. The unit need some upgrades, it a hassle to open the refrigerator due to the reduce space, the shower doesn’t drain the water properly, the sleeping sofa need a replacement. Due to the increase on the rentals price that kind of inconvenience are not expected. Also a pipe broke and we had no water for some hours not to mention the noise of the painting work was annoying"

"My husband and I vacationed in Marco Island. We haven't been there in 14 years and was excited to see the changes. We normally stay at the Marriott but wanted to stay in a condo. WOW - this is the best condo we ever rented. Great location - beach access is right across the street and can walk to many restaurants. Check in process was easy and the host even lists several ideas for dinner and other tips. Any questions i had were answered right away. i never felt so at home as I did in this condo....
