"The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely...

"Absolutely lovely time at Mary Anne's place! She was so kind and did lots of little things to ensure my daughter and I had what we needed during a snowstorm. Place was beautiful, bed comfortable, and just a perfect location to visit Crotched Mountain for the weekend. Thanks, Mary Anne! Will be back!"

"I am disgusted by the behavior of the general manager who hung up the phone on me. I paid for my room in FULL for 2 nights but when I arrived the next day (flight was delayed) I was told I couldn’t check in because they had cancelled my room (kept my money) and sold my room to another guest So that means they got to benefit TWICE from one room Cancelled my room and left me stranded with nowhere to stay And when asked for my money back on the phone with manager, she hung up the phone on me...

"Super cute cabin. It was winter so we didn’t get to see a lot of the lake/property but everything was very comfortable and Jim was a fantastic host. Would definitely stay again! "

"The place worked for a last minute ski trip. It was roomy and clean. The hot tub was old but hot. I think what threw me off was the conditon of the home. Parts of floors were peeling and walls needed painting to cover patch jobs. The appliances were a bit quirky (the microwave would not open after heating food and we had to unplug it). The host was responsive when we arrived to check in and the cleaning crew was still there. The location was great for skiiing. "

"Host was communicative and helpful with some specific questions we had. The apartment was in a cute older house, nicely updated and set up for guests. Everything was nicely labeled to be easy to find. The hot tub was great as well!"

"Close to town for shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed Waterhouse and Harlow's Pub. Heard that the Pearl is amazing but did not make it there. Brady's Grill, Beepa and Lulu's Restaurant are in walking distance. Visited Monadnock Eats which is great for grab n go. The last night we enjoyed a firepit at The Riverhouse with family. I forgot the Smores set up which would have been perfect. We all enjoyed the continental breakfast and ease of getting extra towels, Water, Coffee and Ice."
