We went to this property for our last night so we could be close to the airport due to an early flight. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the beach.
The check in was smooth and staff was nice. We ate at the restaurant - the food was not great and probably the worse meal we had whilst in Bali. The hotel has 2 pools as well as an access to the beach. All the loungers were being used at both pools - there isn't many, approx 10 per pool. We then went to the beach were we found once again that no lounger were available - again probably only 10 loungers out on the beach. We were told by staff that they would get us some loungers, awaited 15mins but couldn't see anything being organised. We finally got 2 loungers. Throughout the afternoon, multiple group/families looked for loungers but none were available. There was was only one staff from the hotel on the beach that day and quite difficult to find at times. The room was nice and bed comfortable. There is not a lot of good restaurant around the hotel so you will have to get a grab to places. Considering the size of the hotel the facilities are just not up to speed. Overall we would not stay in this hotel again.
