"If you want peace and quiet….you’ve found it. The house is very comfortable and supplied well with linens, towels, etc. Scott is very accessible when needed. He was sincerely concerned when he found out we had a medical issue; he checked on us regularly during our stay. You don’t find that kind of people every day. "

"We are from Perry and always come and stay somewhere at the beach for Thanksgiving. This place had everything I needed to cook and was really lacking none. I forgot my cheese grader and was freaking out and when we got to the house she had 2. The house was actually very spacious too. Plan to stay again for scalloping season!"

"So this is at least my third time staying at this property and first time under the new owner Rebecca. Being my third time is telling you something right there, but the upgrades that Rebecca has done to this place has greatly improved it. First and foremost the place is very, very quiet and peaceful that you primarily only hear the wind or the squirrels through the trees.
