"They converted what appeared to be a former business, and it was fabulous! Plenty of beds, a kitchen with everything, an outdoor gas firepit, 3 tvs, and an indoor hot sauna were just some of the featues. A group would love this space, although there is just one (nice) bathroom. I'd definitely stay here again! Close to Houghton or Torch Lake / Hubbelll (7 miles) if you are taking the seaplane to Isle Royale."

Even though the house is not large, it is very cozy, convenient, spacious and a huge benefit to have three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. "First, the property manager is terrific. He communicates as much as you need before your arrival and is assessible for any issues during your stay. In our case, we had a loud group move into the "B" unit, which is above. They entered at 1:00 AM and kept us awake until 4:30 when they finally stopped. "This is a beautiful modern house on a long, long stretch of golden sand beach. The house has tons of windows and high ceilings so you feel like you are outdoors. It is a two level house so is perfect for larger family or just a couple (one bedroom on the main floor). It’s minutes from a boat launch. There are also smaller inland lakes nearby. The hosts are very nice folks. There is a lot to do in the area in spite of the feeling of being remote. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
