"The tent was lovely and as expected. The property was not well managed. Continental breakfast was a bagel in a box and the bar and restaurant were closed to guests due to outside events. This would be fine if you weren’t on an island with very little other option! "Hotel bem mantido. Café e chá cortesia na recepção. Academia razoável (para um hotel) tem até uma bike Peloton, além de pesos, 2 máquinas e algumas esteiras. Água à vontade em todo andar (garrafinhas fornecidas para encher). Gelo em um dos andares. Lavanderia self-service cortesia. Quartos limpos e bem mantidos. TV do quarto conecta facilmente com seu celular. Perde 1 ponto pela Internet que deixa a desejar e dificulta trabalhar, usar o celular ou fazer conexão com a TV. Pessoal na recepção muito solicito e prestativo, ponto forte. Limpeza tem que ser pedida senão não limpam todo dia. O que precisar na cozinha é só pedir. Localização boa pra quem for apreciar a região mas longe de tudo a pé por estar na ponta de Manhattan. 2 linhas de metrô bem do lado. Whole Foods e Target próximos."
