"First impression driving into the parking lot it does not seem as fantastic a complex. Get up to your room and every detail is very clean, organized and well thought out. The best part is the location… our unit had the best view of the Mokuaikaua Church and go down to the parking garage, walk through the exit and you were right down in the middle of downtown Kona, where you cannot find parking it was amazing… "

"We had a wonderful stay here! I was a little nervous about no AC but being up the mountain it was beautiful. When we lost power for a short time they immediately reached out to us to keep us informed. If I’m ever back on the big island again I will definitely stay here again. My nephew loved our friendly balcony geckos. "

"My family had a wonderful stay here. The view was amazing, the pool was huge and the space was perfect for our needs. The main space is not air conditioned and it did get pretty warm during the day but it didn't really didn't have a big impact on my family. The bedrooms have ac. The boathouse was an awesome apartment for my grandson. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was adequate."

"This was our first time vacationing on The Big Island after many years of visiting Oahu, Kauai and Maui. This island and THIS HOUSE were worth the wait!!! We have absolutely loved our stay enjoying the amazing view, pool, deck, house and VIBES. Dan was a wonderful host, great communication. We explored a little every day, but mainly spent time here CHILLING. So grateful, and already planning to come back! Mahalo!!!"

"This house could not have been more perfect for our summer vacation for our family of 10. We all enjoyed the beautifully designed, very clean pool. Location was close to beach and other places we wanted to visit. Communication with owner was excellent -- we particularly appreciated the booklet sent to us before our trip that outlined fun things to do and places to see. Don't miss the tour of Mountain Thunder coffee plantation! The entire trip was a thoroughly great experience!"

"Our stay was wonderful. We appreciated the details like having beach equipment and a cooler available and night lights in the condo. The well equipped kitchen and washer dryer really helped our family for the logistics of life. We loved the beach access for the kiddos to play in the sand (not a swimming beach) and watch sunsets. The location was perfect and access to groceries and restaurants as well island activities. Mahalo for a great stay!"

"The property is amazing. You cannot beat the location and the grounds are immaculate. Well situated close to everything. Stocked with all the things you need from pots and pans to beach chairs. "Easily the best VRBO experience we've ever had. The property is super clean and well equipped; the rate is reasonable for Hawaii and less than 10 minutes from shopping in Kona. Steve, the host, could not have been more gracious and helpful.The grounds are like something out of a botanical garden, with a view of the ocean beyond Kona and spectacular sunsets. "The view from the outside deck and the home overall was exceptional. It takes a bit of a drive up some steep hills to get to the house and we had a little bit of a mixup at check-in, but Radu quickly resolved everything and got us into the house ASAP. So many things were provided for inside the home, including snorkel and beach gear, and they thought of everything. My kids loved staying there and it was a central location to explore the entire island from. Highly recommend!"

"Totally Awesome. Great location and super nice. We stayed 11 days. Nice extras beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and snorkeling stuff. View watching the surfing is nice with early am coffee on the deck. Can’t say enough. "

"Checkin lento e pessoas sem educação. Check out pessimo: 10am e Não nos ofereceram ficar no hotel até a tarde. Pediram para que nós retirássemos! Despertaram-nos as 8:00 batendo na porta para nos tirar do quarto antes do checkout. Quarto/sala sem blackout. "

"Very nice hotel. Large room. Friendly staff. Nice location. Improvements: the size of the bed was small for a couple. There was just one type of juice at breakfast. The club could close later than 6:30pm. Our room was above some renovation works so the noise was bothersome. "

"O hotel tem boa localização. O café da manhã, é simples, porém conveniente dado que há poucos hotéis que oferecem café da manhã incluso. A máquina de fazer panquecas funcionou em apenas um dos quatro dias em que estávamos. Há apenas uma opção de fruta no dia. Há uma academia pequena, porém razoável. A piscina aquecida era muito boa após a praia. O maior problema foi a limpeza. Ao chegar no quarto encontramos uma meia do hóspede anterior ao lado da cama. Ao abrir o sofá cama, achamos uma outra meia de criança e estava cheio de areia. Dentro do frigobar havia comida de hóspedes anteriores. Erraram o número de toalhas do quarto em dois dos 4 dias. "
