Viila Ammos with a swiiming pool and direct access to a sandy beach

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 4 to 5 ferry boats going to and from the island everyday. as there are few hotels on the island, mostly private houses are rented out in the summer months. Most of these houses are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

Villa Ammos is on the waterfront, just a 3 minute walk down a path to the sandy beach of Xyla. The beach of Xyla is one of the nicest beaches on the island, part of the beach is organized with sunbeds and umbrellas. There The villa has been designed and decorated to the highest standards. Every detail has been carefully thought through, thereby offering everything that you could want to have the best and most relaxing holiday.

The villa has a large patio with an infinity swimming pool (1.50 depth), a shaded dining area, shaded seating areas and a BBQ, all offering an amazing sea and sunset view.

Inside there is a stylish living room with a fireplace, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There are large balcony doors which offer amazing sea views and lead to the pool area. Near the living room is the main bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, again with a sea view and direct access to the pool area. The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made into a double bed with an en-suite bathroom. Leading off the patio are steps leading down to the guest house/bedroom, which has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Outside the guest house there is a shaded seating area which you can sit and enjoy the sea view.

There is covered parking below the villa for 2 cars. From the parking there are stairs leading to the villa.
