Spacious villa with a swimming pool in the area of Koundouros, Kea

Kea also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. It takes only 30 minutes to reach the Port of Lavrio from Athens International Airport and one hour to reach Kea with the ferry boat. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. Kea is known as the hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands, having kept its natural charm. As there are few hotels on the Island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer months. Most of these homes are built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The villa is located in the area of Koundouros and overlooks the the Bay of Koundouros with its beautiful sandy beaches. The villa is in a small complex of four houses, each one completely independent and with its there own swimming pools.

The villa is on two levels and has on the upper level a living room with a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. Leading off the living room is a large balcony with a seating area, where one can sit and enjoy the sea view. Near the entrance of the villa there is a large shaded dining area with a BBQ and near to that another seating area, with comfortable sofas. On the lower level there are two large master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two more bedrooms with one bathroom. In one of the master bedrooms there is a small kitchenette. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a large shaded seating area and the swimming pool area. There are also stairs from the BBQ area that lead directly to the swimming pool.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.

Distances: 1.5 kilometers to the beach of Porto Koundouros which has water sports, a beach bar, a restaurant and an ice cream shop. 7 kilometers to the nearest mini-market. 14 kilometers to Chora where you can find ATM s, a chemist and a supermarket.
