Note: Ski access is very convenient, requiring a walk of no more than 50 meters to reach the slopes.

Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.



The Neighborhood:

The Neo building is situated in the center of New Gudauri ski village, surrounded by welcoming yards and a lively environment. Nearby, you’ll find a range of bars, cafés, and restaurants catering to various preferences, along with ski equipment rentals and a pharmacy for convenience. The gondola and ski slopes are just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy daytime skiing and the warm village atmosphere in the evenings.



Getting Around:

Getting around Gudauri is straightforward even without public transport. Local taxis are the easiest choice for short rides, and airport transfers can be arranged if needed. In New Gudauri, most places are within walking distance, including Gondola Square, ski rentals, groceries, and nearby spas. For a scenic trip, the Kobi–Gudauri lift offers stunning views toward Stepantsminda when weather permits.



Other Things to Note:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A FINE WILL APPLY if this rule is violated.

• Before checking out, please dispose of all trash to help us maintain a clean and pleasant space.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything additional, nearby shops are available.

• If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately. Charges may apply depending on the situation.

• If you experience any issues or need assistance, contact us. Your feedback is appreciated, and respectful communication and kind reviews are always valued.

• Although we do our best to inform guests in advance, occasional utility outages (water, electricity, or gas) can happen in Tbilisi. These situations are, unfortunately, beyond our control. We kindly ask that you do not reflect this in your review, as it is a common issue in the city and not specific to our apartment.
