Altimera Collection studios are premium, design-led retreats located directly in New Gudauri’s ski-in / ski-out resort.

Each studio is thoughtfully designed with clean lines, warm textures, and modern comforts, creating a calm and refined space to unwind after the slopes. Ideal for couples, friends, or small families who value location, style, and a seamless mountain experience.

The space

🛋️ INSIDE THE APARTMENT

Your Altimera premium studio is fully private and comfortably accommodates:

- Up to 4 guests (2 adults + 2 children)

- Or up to 3 adults with ease



The space includes:

- A fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials, utensils, plates, mugs, wine glasses, a frying pan, and cooking pot.

- Electric stove, microwave, and kettle for effortless meals, coffee and tea.

- A modern bathroom with shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and toilet paper.

- Washing machine inside the bathroom is ideal for longer stays.

- Ample storage for clothing and ski gear

- Secure safe box and first-aid kit



Every detail is designed for convenience without sacrificing style.



🎿 SKI STORAGE

This studio includes access to a dedicated ski locker (105) located in the ski-depot area on the first floor, allowing you to store your equipment safely and move freely between slopes and home.



The resort layout makes it easy to step out, clip in, and return just as smoothly.



YOUR VIEW

This property looks out onto the Mountains above the Twins building and a view of the valley to the left, and an adjacent ski lift to the right.



📍 LOCATION

You are staying inside New Gudauri Ski Resort, one of Georgia’s most vibrant alpine destinations. You will be in Apartment 105 (ATMOSHPERE) in Block F3. One of 11 Altimera Units in the same block.



Everything is within easy reach from inside the resort:

- Ski lifts and slopes (3 Minute Walk)

- Restaurants, cafés, après-ski spots (Within a 5 minute walk).

- SPAR supermarket just 25 meters away, right inside the resort.
