I would like to suggest though that a directory of local places to eat; to grab a few groceries; how to use oven and hot plate; Also of local attractions etc. thank you for the use of your lovely home"

"Extremely disappointing stay at Lucas Parklands. This was a very expensive booking , and unfortunately the property did not match the standard you would expect at that price point. The house had a strong musty smell, with mould present in the bathroom. Bedlinen and towels also carried the same damp odour. The dishwasher was rusty, and dishes needed to be washed before use. "We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was a very relaxing place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay here from the amazing views, the lovely cows and the amazing variety of bird life. There is a bird feeder with a good supply of bird feed we stayed in winter and there was a plentiful supply of firewood for the combustion fireplace in the house and the fire pit just up the rise from the gate to the house. I had a lovely time just getting away from everything, but you can’t take the city out of the girl so it was nice that I could access shops easily as well. Honestly, if you’re looking for a low stress way to escape the world for a few days, this spot is what you need."

Communication was great and the team were flexible with check in and out...The host has thought of pretty much everything to make the stay feel special with a splash of luxury. Hard to fault ...and if i struggle to provide any feedback it would be some addotional coffee tables/foot stools and maybe some salt and pepper.
