"We had such a great time at the property. The property itself is private and well stocked. We could do star gazing right at the never crowded swim pool when it’s new moon and no clouds. Beautiful! The owner’s beach club is few minutes drive and is fabulous! There’s a trail leading to a snorkeling site where the snorkeling boats stop (just a little further after the famous 15th south course hole), where menta rays can be spotted. We didn’t know until the last day and may try it next time!...

"This is a beautiful, well appointed apartment on the ground floor with a close up view of a lovely golf course. No A/C, but fans in every room and two standing fans to cool the area. The beds are very comfortable and they have thoughtfully supplied a small cooler, beach chairs and towels, and even a beach umbrella! There is a nice grill, tables and chairs for enjoying the back lanai. The only thing that would make it better is if the groundskeepers didn't have to start tending the grounds so...

"Absolutely stunning property to vacation at for our family! Spacious condo and breathtaking views from the balcony. The managing company is very easy to contact and so helpful and accommodating. Jenny, in particular, was a gem! This is going to be our regular spot any time we come to big island! "

"The property is beautiful and fully stocked. The place is even cleaner and nicer in person than we expected from the posting. The AC is solid, which is nice considering how humid HI can be.Dave was also great, he gave us a tour on check in. He pointed out the lovely fruit-bearing and flowering plants in the yard.We were also close to a public beach access where we could watch the sunset and see fish, crabs, and honu (sea turtles) (see beach photos).Would absolutely come back!"

"This place was amazing! It was a great location in Waikoloa, walking distance to both of the marketplaces, and some sight seeing spots, plus A Bay. The actual condo was in great condition, so clean, airy and spacious, and the pool was great! Plus Mele was a great host. I highly recommend it! "

We loved just sitting on the patio and watching beautiful sunsets most every evening! So thankful for the beach gear in the garage and overall a very nice home. "
