"Great stay overall! Comfortable beds, safe and quiet neighborhood and great communication with hosts. We opted for the coffee tour experience and loved every part of it, especially seeing the family in action :) Would definitely stay again and will make sure to bring plenty of quarters for Meow Meow. "On the surface, this looks like a great place to visit. However, specific to the Ocean Tower, you come up to the main lobby of the hotel, then take a tram to the tower before you can check in. Staff welcome you with the aloha spirit and are very helpful in giving directions. No restaurant in this part of the facility. Again you have to walk ot take the tram at least two stops to get to the closest restaurant. Room service is available, but I wasn't willing to try it because I wasn't sure how...

"This rental unit is in a great location and is very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need for a short or a long stay. The hosts are very helpful with tips about local restaurants, sightseeing, etc. Because it is at 1500', it stays a bit cooler than down by the shore, and you can sit outside and watch the sun set over the ocean. Highly recommended. "
