"The problems started before we even arrived. In the welcome email, I learned the upstairs toilet had been out of service since January. I booked in December and was never informed. Had I known, I likely would have chosen another property, as our group needed a working upstairs bathroom. When I reached out, I was told it was in the listing—even after I explained it was added after I booked.Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., but when we arrived, the cleaner was still there and didn’t finish...

"BEWARE! I stayed at two separate properties in Katy owned/operated by Haven Point Rentals. Both were clean with modern decor. I was only in the first rental for one night since it had a musky odor, and I noticed mold on the shower ceiling, and obvious mold growth around the primary bed A/C vent. I was in the rental due to mold remediation in my own home so it was concerning! I was told they would send someone to paint it. Really? I was placed in a second rental next day. That rental had bees...
