"Excelente opção em Durrës!"

"Hotel muito bom! Funcionários super prestativos, café da manhã bom também. A única coisa a não foi muito confortável é o travesseiro, achei muito alto. "

"Everything was good but the room we were in was below the restaurant so got woken up by a lot of noise, scraping chairs from above. Apart from that, it was great"

"Spacious room, beautiful Sea view, lovely balcony and roof deck, delicious generous breakfast, wonderful covered, free parking. Unfortunately the large glass window in the shower was badly broken when we arrived as well as a broken shelf. They were not repaired and management rented the room anyway."

"I had an Amazing stay. I will visit again. Thanks"

"Excellent"

"I had a very pleasant stay at Aquila D Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. As I arrived before check-in time, they kindly offered to store my luggage while I explored the city, which I really appreciated. They were also very responsive to any questions or requests I had throughout my stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and homely, with a TV and all the essential amenities I needed. I particularly appreciated that the room was cleaned daily,...

What truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service. The staff were friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Special...

"Colazione davvero pessima. Niente di caldo e solo caffè solubile e finto succo di frutta."

"Très bon hotel. Mérite ses étoiles"

"Everything was absolutely lovely. Im a huge coffee drinker so when the coffee machine stopped working being made to pay for coffee vs them replenishing the coffee machine was my only draw back."

"I was able to book the hotel on the same day I arrived. Everywhere in the hotel was immaculately clean, my room was lovely and very modern with all the light switches being either automatic or electronic touch. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was luxurious. I stayed for two nights due to a change in my plans and ate at the restaurant both nights. It had very good food, friendly staff, and was very clean. The airport is 2 minutes away and they have free airport transfers. Even...

"A nossa estadia foi surpreendente! Quarto novíssimo, limpo, tecnológico. Tem pantufas e roupões. Café da manhã incluído, farto e gostoso. Funcionários excelentes!"

"Ala nova do hotel ,mas nao tinha cobertor, nao tinha frigobar .Café da manhã razoável!Ar condicionado nao funcionou no quarto de meu filho !"

"We stayed for 5 nights here and had an excellent experience. All staff were friendly and were happy to help with a smile. The entire hotel was clean and all staff on reception were quick to respond. The area was near the city centre with every shop and service available. Parking was free on the street if you could find a space but there were third party paid car parks available."
