"Spectacular stay here at this Lake George VRBO property. The accommodation suited our needs as we are an extended family of 19 from various parts of the country. "Just the fact that it is 1930s vintage says a lot. Check-in and directions super easy. There was a surprise batch of cookies and a fireplace starter which were both delightful. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Bedrooms very small but the outside front porch, back porch and yard provided cool places to relax and unwind. Near-by Usher Park a perfect place for small children. "

"First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!"
