Grabowa Pleasant Studio is located in an excellent area, just a 15-minute walk from the “Spodek” arena in Katowice. Situated in the city center, Spodek has become a symbol of Katowice and an important venue on the cultural and sports map of Poland. It is a multifunctional facility with a capacity of around 11,000 spectators, hosting a wide range of events including concerts, sports matches, entertainment shows, fairs, exhibitions, and conferences.

A 25-minute walk takes you to the Katowice Market Square – the central point in the heart of the city, serving as a hub of meetings, entertainment, and social life. Located in the historic center, the Market Square is surrounded by historic buildings, cafés, restaurants, and shops, creating an atmosphere full of history and charm. It is a lively spot, especially on warm days, when residents and tourists alike enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

The Silesia City Center shopping mall is located 1.5 km from the apartment, while the Silesian Park is just 2.5 km away. The Silesian Park hosts numerous cultural events, concerts, and festivals throughout the year. Inside the park, you will find a modern planetarium, where visitors can explore the mysteries of the universe. The iconic Silesian Stadium is another major venue for sports events and concerts. The park offers plenty of recreational facilities, such as jogging and cycling paths, tennis courts, and open spaces for various outdoor activities. It also features a zoo, where visitors can observe and learn about different animal species.
