"Location & Property The hotel is conveniently located if you are visiting Tenorio Volcano and Río Celeste, although it is not right next to the main road. You have to drive about 10 minutes from the main road to reach the property. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, so if you don't plan to have dinner at the hotel, you'll need to drive back to the main road to find somewhere to eat. The property consists of several houses surrounded by gardens and jungle, creating a very peaceful and...

"I thought paradise meant white sand beaches, but now it’s been redefined. The attention to detail inside and out was absolutely outstanding. Such a lovely home and gorgeous property. The hosts were amazing and attentive—so generous with how they stocked the home, including eggs, bread, snacks, and more as well as advice and quickly answering questions. This was our first stop on our first trip to Costa Rica, and the high bar was quickly set. Lovely home base for exploring the region. My kids...

"The property was exactly as shown in the pictures and we really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were communicative and responsive and provided clear directions and check in instructions. The property was clean, well kept and super functional, every detail was well thought out. Beds were comfortable and the bed arrangement was perfect for our family of 5. The washer and dryer worked well. The hosts went above and beyond and left the fridge stocked with eggs and milk and provided some bread and coffee...

"Beautiful spot! Hosts made our stay very easy. Everything we needed was in the house. Highly recommend."

"Great place to stay for a week. It might not be the Ritz hotel but if you have a large group you won't find better value on lodging anywhere. The rooms are built fairly critter repelling, but the first night a little green frog got in. I don't mind frogs though, it's Costa Rica after all! Pura Vida!"

"It's a great place to stay! perfect location in Bijagua, clean and stylish inside (everything is exactly like on photos!). Our 9 year old didn't want to leave the property and enjoyed every minute in there! seamless check-in/check-out and host is really helpful!"
