Executive Summary of this house:

1. This is our third independent house to cater another group of travelers, who like to stay in a house and live like locals in the main town. The area is safe and our neighbors are nice people who are very careful about everyone’s safety. However, we have installed CCTV at the main gate for extra security.
2. You can enjoy Kathu Waterfall every day if you want to take a shower at this waterfall. During the rainy season, this waterfall is full of water. Also, it is close to Red Mountain Golf Club if you want to stay near the golf course for daily golf. You should definitely visit my restaurant in Kathu Waterfall called The Jungle Cafe and Restaurant.
3. High quality mattresses for your comfort, you will love our beds and mattresses. Each bedroom has AC, however, there is no TV in each bedroom. A big 55 inch Smart TV is installed only in the living room for your enjoyment.
4. There is a ceiling fan in the house and the wind blows through the back door of the house (you have to open it to let the wind sound in) and the front door. We installed a mosquito net to prevent mosquitoes from entering the house.
5. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, in Thailand we use a gas cylinder with a safety valve supplied by PTT in Thailand. All of Thailand has been using the same type of gas cylinder for over 150 years, so don't worry about using it, it is very safe. Our country does not supply gas through an underground pipe like many countries.
6. Workstation with an office chair with armrests plus private fiber optic WIFI 500/500Mbps.
7. We installed a new Smart TV with 55 inches, so you can enjoy Netflix and YouTube in the living room on our brand new TV, there are no TVs in the bedrooms.
8. Electricity and water are included, so don't worry about those bills.

It's a detached house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a usable area of ​​about 120 sq.m (land area is 30 sq.m) with fresh air in the garden with chairs and umbrella located in front of the house. This terrace is good for your coffee in the morning and evening. Free private fiber optic WIFI with 500/500 Mbps package, private washing machine, microwave, toaster, gas stove, large refrigerator, kitchen utensils, dishes.

You will live like locals and you will have to go through the locals' area (they are nice and friendly, they can help you if you need help), so please understand their lifestyle. They are 7-11, Family Mart, convenience store, laundromat, street food, coffee shop nearby, there are many good restaurants/bars on the main road, not far from the house. Red Mountain Golf Course is very close to this house. There is free parking in front of the house next to the wall (you can't park inside the house as there is not enough space to turn around unless it is a small car).

It is highly recommended to rent a motorbike for your stay in this house in this area, please do not complain about the high cost of taxi. However, you can download the GRAP or In-Drive app for taxi or order food/groceries for delivery.

What is not provided:
1. We do not provide daily cleaning, but you can request this service for 1000 THB, which includes deep cleaning plus change of all bed linen and towels.
2. We do not provide breakfast, you can cook your own simple breakfast of eggs, ham and bread. Please visit Lotus or Makro to buy groceries for your stay and enjoy home-cooked food.
3. We do not restock paper towels, water bottles, cleaning supplies and other items, we recommend that you purchase these from the supermarket to refill as needed during your stay as we do not have staff living in the area.This house is stand along, not in the compound so there are no gym or swimming pool. You can join so many gyms and swimming pool club, one of the recommended gym and swimming pool is at the Kaif Gym at Kathu, which is not far from this location. Monthly fee is about Thb1,200.

You must rent the motor bikes or rent a car from airport to stay at this house, as it is located in the residential area near the Kathu Water Fall and the Red Mountain Golf Club and there are many nice restaurants/bars near this location.
