"When I booked, nobody told me there would be a wedding at the hotel that day. Because of that, one of the pools was closed and we couldn’t enjoy all the facilities. The power to room only works when you’re in it ! You get 1 key with a magnet that turns power off when you leave the room! We would close everything up like the security and room darkening door when we left but the staff would come in, open it and and the slider leaving the screen open for all the hot air to come in. And then it would take forever...
