Villa Denis for 14 people consists of two units (houses), each with a separate entrance with a total of 400 sqm living surface on two fully air-conditioned floors.

On the ground floor of the larger house is a living area with kitchen, dining room and sitting set, a double bedroom with double bed and private shower/toilet and a separate toilet. On the first floor are three double bedrooms, each with private shower/toilet and satellite TV. In the basement is the wellness area with sauna, whirlpool and shower.

The smaller house consists of ground floor with kitchen, dining room, living room, a double room with private shower/toilet and satellite TV and a separate toilet. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, each with satellite TV, one with double bed and the other with bunk beds, a shower/toilet is in the hallway. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
