The cute house is located in Kastelir-Labinci, in a quiet part of Istria, only ten kilometres from Porec and the beaches. It is surrounded by untouched nature, olive trees, with a beautiful view of orchards and grassy areas. In the yard of the house there are chairs and a table for sitting, as well as a grill for preparing the finest delicacies. The house is located only 5 kilometres from the speleological attraction (Jama-Grotta-Baredine). Near the house there are agrotourism facilities that offer famous Istrian specialties, a little further in Višnjan book one of the quad tours (Istria grand tour) and experience an unforgettable adventure, have fun and get to know Istria in a slightly different way. Inside the house there are two newly furnished apartments, which can accommodate a total of thirteen (13) people. There are two parking spaces in the yard of the house. Apartment C6+2 has a capacity for eight (8) people, it is about 100 m². It consists of an air-conditioned living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and two terraces with chairs and a table.
