On well-maintained and fully enclosed property of 1 200 sqm, it offers to the guests a swimming pool with children's pool, covered terrace with barbecue, table tennis, badminton court, a small house of 40 sqm with billiard table and whirlpool and three parking spaces.



Holiday home of 300 sqm on three air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, a double bedroom with private shower/toilet and another shower/toilet. On the first floor there is a pleasant living room and two double bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet. On the second floor (high attic) is a large double bedroom with private bath/toilet and balcony with beautiful panoramic sea view. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
