This bright and cozy studio apartment is located on the second floor of the private house and comfortably accommodates two guests.

Private parking is available in the courtyard of the house.

It's air-conditioned and has one comfortable queen-size bed and underfloor heating, ensuring you have an ideal temperature throughout the entire year.

You will enjoy using large LED TV with smart functions and cable channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

Free high-speed unlimited Wi-Fi, clean bed linen, towels, iron and ironing board are also provided.

A baby cot can be arranged free, please ask in advance.

Within walking distance you'll find restaurants, cafés, beach bars, grocery stores and everything needed for a carefree holiday.

Its central location also makes it an excellent starting point for day trips to Split, Trogir, the ancient ruins of Salona, Krka National Park, Plitvice Lakes, or numerous nearby islands.

Smoking is not allowed inside, but can smoke on the balcony.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.

Split Airport is only a few minutes away by car.

Both Trogir and Split can easily be reached by car or public transport.
