Apartment No. 3 is a cute apartment for up to four people. With its approx. 36sqm, it still promises enough space and opportunities to enjoy.
This apartment has a double bedroom, incl. Bedside table with light, a wardrobe, a cloakroom, and a make-up / desk with chair.
In the living / dining area there is a cozy kitchenette with basic kitchen equipment, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. This also includes a refrigerator with freezer and two electric hobs. A sofa bed in the living area offers accommodation for another two people. There is also a small dining table and a TV.
There is also a bathroom with a shower.
Both the bedroom and the living / dining room offer an exit to the balcony, where you can end the evening comfortably.

From the Short Street Apartments you can walk to the bakery, supermarket, butcher and pharmacy in a few minutes. Here you can get all the essential food and hygiene items. The beaches are also within walking distance. The white pebble beach surrounded by pine trees, which provide cool shade for young and old, is very popular with holidaymakers and locals alike. On the Gabine beach there is a café, a mini market and a snack bar. The little ones can let off steam in the playground in the shade.
Along the main street there are some basic cafes and restaurants as well as on the waterfront. Here you can get to know the culinary delights of Mediterranean cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere.
Nearby, about 350m from the apartments, there is also a hairdressing salon.
The emergency ambulance is approx. 1.5 km away.
In the vicinity of the property you can also do various activities (tennis, diving, fitness, hiking) and possibly rent bicycles, scooters, jet skis or boats.

The old center of Kaštel Štafilić is around the Kaštel Štafilić castle, today also called "Rotonda". It was built on a rock in 1508 to protect against attackers. Incidentally, all seven districts of the city of Kaštela originated similarly and still have these remarkable towers and castles.
Another landmark of Kaštel Štafilić is one of the oldest olive trees in the world. It is around 1500 years old and still bears fruit. Almost 10 liters of olive oil can be produced from this valuable olive tree every year. According to a legend, the oil of this tree is considered sacred. This wonder of nature has been tested and confirmed by UNESCO and is therefore under the protection of natural monuments. Take a look at this phenomenon personally in Kaštel Štafilić. It is just a few hundred meters from the property.

The city of Split with its approx. 210,000 inhabitants is the second largest city in Croatia and is located in the heart of Dalmatia. The Mediterranean climate, the culinary delights and the historical heritage of this city attract many visitors.
The foundation stone for Split was laid in 305 when the Roman emperor Diocletian decided to build his residence here. The Diocletian's Palace with its many underground passages, the market square and the cathedral are now part of the remarkable old town of Split, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979.
Along the Riva, the waterfront of Split, there are countless cafes and restaurants, all of which offer Mediterranean delicacies. In the summer evening hours there is a lot going on with many entertainment options.
Even beach holidaymakers and athletes will not miss out in Split. Many wonderful beaches, such as B. the popular Bačvice beach and the forest park on the Marjan mountain complete the extensive tourist offer of Split.

The historic port city of Trogir, as a "museum city" with around 11,500 inhabitants, captivates many holidaymakers. In the medieval city center, many buildings, u. a. a preserved castle, a tower, several churches and a variety of houses and palaces, legacies from the Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque periods. The many small alleys, stocked with ateliers, boutiques, cafes and souvenir shops, wind their way through the old town like a labyrinth. This was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997.
Along the Riva there are countless culinary and cultural offers that are interesting for everyone.
The old town is a peninsula connected to the island of Čiovo by a bascule bridge. On Čiovo there is a true paradise of beaches and untouched nature for vacationers.

The city of Imotski is hidden in the Dalmatian hinterland, behind the Biokovo Mountains.
Although it is about 50km from the sea and about 100km from Kaštel Štafilić, it has the typical characteristics of a Dalmatian coastal town, in architecture and in climate. It is a beautiful, romantic town with many stairs, alleys and stone houses.
Imotski is located on an impressive elevation at 440m above sea level, which means that the town dominates over the valley and the surrounding villages.
The symbol of the city is the castle "Topana", which dates from the Byzantine period and had to endure the rule of the Venetians and Habsburgs. The remains of the castle are preserved today. As a viewpoint, it offers a breathtaking view of the city.
In addition, Imotski offers its visitors u. a. two natural phenomena, the "Blue Lake" and the "Red Lake". These lakes are geographically and geomorphologically almost unique worldwide. They originated from the collapse of cave ceilings and got their name from the characteristic color of the stones. The Red Lake, approx. 1.5 km from the center, is one of the deepest karst lakes in Europe and with its underground currents it is an attraction for scientists, researchers and extreme athletes.
The Blue Lake is almost in the center and is very suitable for sightseeing, walks. Many locals and athletes like to take a bath there in summer. In some very hot and dry summers it happens that the water seeps into the blue lake and a traditional football game takes place on the bottom.
These two wonderful natural monuments are said to belong to UNESCO nature conservation in the future.
Around Imotski, in addition to these two lakes, also through valley subsidence, other lakes, such as B. the lake "Galipovac", but also about 19 dry lakes.
