Villa is located in peaceful and quiet area of Kastel Štafilić only 100m from the sea and 5min to the center of city. Ground floor of the villa is a comfortable living room with kitchen and dining room with one small toilet. Large glass walls can be opened and provide exit to the outdoor pool terrace with 45 m² swimming pool with a shower. Near the pool you can enjoy sunbeds and BBQ. Villa has 280 m2 indoor and 70 m2 terrace . The house provides a comfortable stay for 11 . House is fully equipped with a air conditioner, SAT tv and wi-fi. Spend many pleasant hours on the terrace and in the green garden with swimming pool and barbecue. There are private parking place for 4 cars and two bikes for free.
