Located on the popular peninsula of Halkidiki near the village of Hanioti, the villa is nestled on a slope overlooking the Toroneos Gulf, surrounded by lush greenery. Layout

Sunny Exclusive Ena is the rightmost of three villas in the complex, easily accessible from the private parking area. Modernly furnished and spread over two levels, it comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in four air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The ground floor opens into an open-plan space with a fully equipped modern kitchen and a bright, airy living-dining area with patio doors leading to a fenced courtyard. A decorative fireplace adds charm to the space. To the left, a twin bedroom and a master bedroom with access to a large terrace share a contemporary shower room.

A marble staircase leads to the upper floor, which hosts two double bedrooms, each with a private balcony—one overlooking the rear and the other offering partial sea views from the front. These bedrooms share a spacious modern bathroom.

Pool and Garden

Patio doors on the ground floor open onto the front terrace, featuring a pergola-covered sitting area and the corner-style swimming pool at the center of the garden.
