Welcome to Villa Şahin 1, a peaceful private villa in Üzümlü, Kalkan, with beautiful views of the Taurus Mountains and the coastline near Patara Beach. Kalkan Harbour is approximately a 10–15-minute drive away.

The villa sleeps up to six guests and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms are on the first floor. The living room and fully equipped main kitchen are upstairs, opening onto a furnished terrace with mountain, sea and village views. The upstairs bathroom has a shower.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout. The comfortable living room has a three-piece suite, satellite TV, Netflix and Wi-Fi. The main kitchen includes a hob, oven, grill, microwave, air fryer, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Outside, enjoy your private 8 × 4 metre freshwater swimming pool, surrounded by non-slip paving. Beside the pool, the downstairs pool area now features a kitchen and BBQ bar, making it easy to prepare food and enjoy meals outdoors. The area also has sun loungers, a table and chairs, and parasols for shade. The pool is cleaned and treated each morning.

Pool heating is included in the price and is available during these periods:

* 1 April to 10 June
* 20 September to 30 November

The villa is set among Mediterranean gardens with flowers, olive trees and fig trees. It’s a relaxing setting for couples and families, with peaceful surroundings and easy access to Kalkan’s restaurants, harbour and beaches.
