"O hotel é perfeito em sua estrutura e localização para quem viaja de carro. Está próximo de belas cidades como Metz na França, Luxemburgo e Trier na própria Alemanha. O atendimento foi primoroso, com destaque especial a recepcionista Tânia, uma portuguesa, que nos recebeu muito bem e nos deu ótimas dicas."

"When we were there (June 2025) reception opened at 1600 and was off-site. You had to phone a number to get a key safe code to obtain your room key. When phoning, you hear a recorded message in German. Sadly, we could not understand the message so had to rely on the restaurant staff (who were on site) to help us connect to reception. German speakers would have no problem but non-Germans may have a problem. Another issue we had is that the hotel states it has an EV charging point - it does...

"This hotel cannot be classified as excellent, the facilities are quite old and unmaintained and the staff is not very professional, because they do not provide the minimum information you should receive in a hotel, like breakfast time and place, etc. The room was very cold because a window was left open behind the curtain and the heater took a long time to start to warm the large room a little bit. As we telephoned to say that we will be arriving by 9 p.m., they could have closed the room window...

"This is a very nice property. The check-in process was warm and friendly and the entire staff were great. Breakfast had a large selection of fresh cheeses, pastries and proteins. We drove to Stadtbredimus from Antwerpen and the hotel had ample parking and very good security. We highly recommend this property!"

"Fantastic hotel with restaurant and wine options. Breakfast buffet was traditional German, which I love. If you love to bike or hike this location has many options. We were conveniently located to Trier. The owner was very friendly and willing to give advice. Extensive wine list! We arrived late and staff was willing to round up some food in the kitchen for us. Highly recommend and will be returning. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, a “body wash- shampoo- conditioner”...
