Check-Out Requirements

Please send photos showing the property in good condition.

Ensure:
• Dishes are washed
• Rubbish is disposed of
• Property is left tidy

Excessive cleaning may result in a 5,000 THB charge.

Keys

• Keys are stored in a lockbox
• Codes provided on arrival day
• Keys must be returned on check-out

Lost key fee: 2,000 THB

Smoking Policy

No smoking inside the property.

Fine: 10,000 THB

Smoking allowed in outdoor areas only.

Bathroom Rules
