Staff not nice
Hello, I love so much Phuket, but I did not stay any more in Centara. It is only business. People that work over there just think about money. We had dealed to pay the breakfast in the hotel. When we were there, before we get to eat they bring the bill. One day before we leave, they put the bill in our room. I travel some much, I have never seen a hotel that bring you the bill onde day before. I do note know what they are think about. Maybe, I think, We were spending in the bar and dinner and I think they thought that we did not have enough money to pay. Anyway, the hotel is nice but I do note like this kind of rules.

The property is set in beautiful surroundings. Very steep and hilly which is not for everyone. Need to get picked up by property’s Tuk Tuk to reception dining and pool. We stayed near the pool so that was easy. The difficult and dangerous part is access to the beach from the pool. There are a lot of uneven steps and limited railings. We loved being there had easy access into Karon Centre at night for 200bht lots of yummy restaurants and market.

We loved our stay at Centara Villas. We had the King room with private pool, views were stunning, room was very clean and comfortable bed. A small amount of maintenance would make this property 10/10. We made a small request and maintenance was at our room within ten minutes for the repair. Staff went above and beyond, friendly service. The food was exceptional. A path to the beach makes Karon beach easily accessible. We would definitely stay here again.

Villas con piscina privada excelentes
Hotel que merece la pena, al menos con piscina privada. Algo apartado de playa pero se puede acceder a la misma en unos 5-10 min desde el hotel (segun donde se este ubicado). Para desplazarte por el complejo se utilizan shuttles para evitar subidas y bajadas. Si tienes vistas al mar es precioso

Property needs to be repaired and updated lots of wear on the property. Staff were excellent though, very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was just okay. But the meal we ordered from the restaurant for dinner was very good. With a little TLC this property could be amazing.bed was quite comfortable.

Amazing view!
We had an amazing view from our room. Room condition was okay, not the cleanest. The staff are friendly. Unfortunately you need a shuttle from room to lobby, not convenient.

This property was a real hiding gem. First it setting in a garden like area with the beach adjacent from your room. The staff was very friendly especially Shopper at check in. I can’t remember the other staffs name from the front desk but they were extremely pleasant as well. One of my most favorite things about this property was the breakfast buffet! Wow it was so amazing and had several things to choose from. The only down side is that the rooms are a bit dated and the shower curtains looked moldy. However, we had the pool villa so we didn’t really care about that. Overall this place was great, I would definitely stay again.

this is our third stay ,I love having breakfast overlooking a panoramic view,their is a nice pool and a short walk into karon via the pool,i had a massage and facial which was heaven down towards the ocean so peaceful this time we had our own spa with the view on the front deck would strongly recommend regards david and kathleen kennedy

The hotel room view was the best and the pool was excellent in the private pool villa, but need renovation the rooms, internet was disconnecting or not working, aervuce is good food excellent and prices are good for location

조용하고 조망 좋고 가성비 좋은 숙소
가성비아주 좋음. 조식은 보통임. 하지만 그것 역시 가격 생각하면 나쁘지 않았음. 독채라 다른 투숙객과 부딪힐 일이 거의 없고 매우 조용하고 전망도 좋았음. 단점은 절벽에 지어진 리조트라 계단이 상당히 많아서 오르내리기 쉽지 않음. 운동삼아 다닐만 하지만 나이가 있는 사람들의 경우 조금 힘들 수 있음.일직원들은 상당히 친절함. 다시 숙박할 의향 있음.

Beautiful and quiet hotel
The room was super comfy, and inexpensive. The location is not convenient so you need to take a taxi to the tourist site or some other restaurants if you don’t drive. I still recommend this hotel, beautiful and quite.

L’hôtel est très joli, notamment grâce à sa vue et sa végétation. En revanche la climatisation dans notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas correctement. La literie est excellente. L’endroit pour prendre le petit déjeuner est superbe, le restaurant très bon, la vue quand on se fait masser au spa est incroyable. En revanche, l’hôtel n’est pas accessible autrement qu’en taxi, si on veut aller manger aux alentours le soir il faut prendre un taxi. La plage est accessible dans la journée via un petit chemin. Elle est splendide. Les piscines sont jolies. Endroit sympa pour rester 2 ou 3 nuits. Toute l’animation de la zone de Karon a disparu avec le COVID donc les alentours sont un peu tristes.

Wonderfully relaxing
This is a beautiful, natural, villa style property, overlooking the water of Karon beach. We could not fault the service and the amenities. Just wonderfully relaxing and the view is beautiful.

Excellent excellent excellent!!! We love everything about this hotel! The oceanview from our room is amazing. Each room is separated like a private villa. The service is above and beyond!! The location is on top of the hill so it get very good sea breeze. Even though the hotel doesn’t have the gym, but we can use all the facilities at Centara Grand including the beach chairs which is about 5 minutes hike. Or if you don’t want to walk, the hotel also have a shuttle bus to Centara Grand 3 times a day.

Fantastic 4 night stay for Christmas
The staff here are fabulous, the location is stunning and the villas themselves are charming and well sized. I would strongly recommend anyone coming to the area to stay here.

The ocean view really isn’t that great. There are a ton of stairs! It also felt really cheap that this hotel doesn’t offer a free shuttle service even to their sister hotel which is two minutes down the road. The sister hotels beach chairs are no longer allowed to be on the beach which also was a huge bummer.

Our 3rd visit. Absolutely recommend the Pool Villas. So quiet with a beautiful view of the sea. Very private. Just be aware of the amount of steps, you rely on the Mini Car service to get you to the Lobby/restaurant. Also, factor in you really need a taxi to go anywhere. 250Baht Karon, 350Baht Patong.
