The plot with its southwestern orientation is about 700 square meters and an ideal retreat for all involved. The children can play in the garden or conquer the play tower. While the adults on the terrace / in the sun chairs or barbecues can relax. There are 2 outside parking spaces on the property. The underfloor heating throughout the house ensures a pleasant room temperature. On cold days use the fireplace or warm up in the sauna. All windows have insect screens and electric blinds. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
