The five holiday apartments are located on the upper floor of a residential and commercial building in a central location, approx. 500 m from the Baltic Sea beach. The building houses a restaurant, a chemist and a souvenir shop. Access to the apartments, car parking spaces, bicycle storage room and a central outdoor seating area with seating furniture and barbecue are available to holiday guests in a separate and demarcated area.

The total price includes water and energy consumption as well as the final cleaning. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Pets: ONE small dog up to a height of 30 cm is allowed in this property.

This apartment has a size of approx. 50 square metres and is suitable for an occupancy of up to 4 persons. It has a living room (upholstered seating area incl. sofa bed, dining area, TV, radio), kitchenette with electric cooker, bedroom (double bed, trundle bed), shower/WC, central heating.

Karlshagen is a Baltic seaside resort in the northern part of the island of Usedom. There are restaurants, shops, a marina with boat trips and cycle paths in the town. Riding centre, tennis and bowling alley approx. 2.5 km. The village has a beautiful sandy beach.
