achei super estranho ter que ir ate o hotel ester pegar a chave e tomar o café da manha. Estao economizando com o serviço....

Beautiful historic hotel and in a very central location. The location of this hotel is amazing, just walk out the door and there are lots of things in walking distance. Parking is a pain, though it seems for any of these super centralized hotels parking would be a pain for all of them. The room was large which was wonderful for our family of 4.

Dear, thank you very much for positive review. Hotel has a great position directly in the heart of the historical part of Karlovy Vary next to colonnade and hot springs. Therefore there is not as many parking places as we weed. However we try to ensure parking as close to the hotel as possible. Positive feedback show us that we are going the right way. По-прежнему все прекрасно, но теперь отель объединили с соседним отелем Ester, рецепшн и завтраки в этом отеле, а не в Heluan. В остальном всё как и раньше. В номере есть телевизор, минибар, чайник и чайный набор, шампунь и гель для душа. Нет кондиционера. Персонал доброжелательный и помогают во всем. В соседние Замковы лазни предоставляют скидку 15 процентов на процедуры.

Beautiful Hotel
If you are looking for a modern high tech hotel then this is not for you. If you are looking for a beautiful well maintained historic building in the heart of a beautiful town then this is your place. The hotel and the room were both clean with an amazing view from the window and the breakfast was fantastic. Hassle free WIFI, friendly staff. Only issues I had were minor, the bed was two matresses pushed together and became a bit of a pain and when coming back late we had to wait around for someone to be at the desk to get our room key but other than that, great hotel, and would stay again and again...

我們到達這裡時無法CHECK IN. 而且沒有用到電梯
我們到達這裡時無法CHECK IN，因為他用隔壁飯店的櫃檯，必須到隔壁去，但沒讓我們先知道，我們在門口等了好久，後來打國際電話，才知道。 我們在門口等待期間. 我老公開著車子繞了5圈....他很生氣. 後來去停飯店指示的公共停車場，很遠很難找。 飯店裡有個電梯，上面有貼紙畫3個人並打X，我們以為那是貨物專用，人使用有危險，沒有用到電梯，因為每天很累還要爬樓梯，我很不開心，直到CHECK OUT我才知道. 那張貼紙的意思是不要3人搭乘. 2人是可以的....好想哭...... 優點: 房間不錯傢具漂亮. 在CHECK IN的地方吃早餐，早餐好吃。

Zentrumsnaher, verblichenen Charme
Das Hotel liegt in Zentrumsnähe, gegenüber eines Thermalbades. Ist per PKW zu erreichen - nicht von Verbotsschildern irritieren lassen. Zum Parkplatz 10 min zu Fuß. Die Registrierung erfolgt im Hotel nebenan. Frühstück gibt es im Hotel, ist reichlich U dem Preis angemessen. Die Zimmer sind riesig, mit Doppel- U Einzelbett. Von einigen Zimmern kann man auf die Stadt schauen. Mobiliar sauber, wenn auch schon abgenutzt. Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe, im Hotel nichts. Im Herbst ist die Luft im Ort nicht so schlimm, wie in anderen Städten ringsumher. Freundlicher E-Mail Kontakt, der die aufgetretenen Buchungsprobleme lösen half. Kontakt in Englisch.

버스 터미널에서 1.5km 떨어져 있으나 관광지 한가운데 있어 위치가 좋다. 주말이라 비싸게 숙박했지만 가성비 좋은 호텔이다. 다시 묶고 싶은 호텔.

Got a big room with view of Heluan. Building old with charm. The mattresses in beds is time to change for new more comfy ones. Staff friendly, breakfast ok. For water boiler in room was missing coffe, there were only tea.

Hotelteam war am schlechtesten,das ich jemals kennengelernt habe. Ein Mann an der Rezeption schimpte auf tschechisch whärend des Gesprächs. Wir haben das versprochene Zimmer nicht bekommen. Der Herr hat uns ein Eindruck gemacht, dass er die Kunden von Expedia, Groupon, etc. nicht gern bei Ihm annehmen wollte

Nicht zu empfehlendes Hotel
Das einzig Gute an dem Hotel ist seine Lage. Ansonsten ist es alt und schmuddelig. Bei der Ankunft findet man keine Rezeption, dann stellt man anhand eines Zettels, welcher an der Tür aufgeklebt ist, fest, dass die Rezeption im Nachbarhaus ist. Das Haus sieht eher wie ein Mietshaus als wie ein Hotel aus. Die Nebentür war eine Massageinstitut wobei die Kunden dann vor unserer Tür saßen. Beim Betreten wurden wir durch einen dunklen, schmuddeligen Teppich empfangen. Die ganze Einrichtung war zwar nicht (sichtbar) schmutzig, wir vermieden aber damit in Kontakt zu kommen (alles mindestens 50 Jahre alt) Ich hatte nach dem Aufenthalt das Gefühl, dass mich der ganze Körper juckt. Im Bad befand sich ein Loch in der Wand, welches vermutlich von der Lüftung stammte...??

아주 오래된 엘레베이터와 건물이라서 최신식 서비스를 원하는 여행객들은 다소 실망할 수 있겠으나 고풍스러운 디자인의 넓은 방이 인상적이었음. 까를로비바리 중심에 있고 가격도 합리적인 편이라서 추천할만함. 어린이 포함 가족들과 기차역에서 호텔까지 택시를 타고 왔는데 택시기사가 말도 안되는 요금을 청구하여 까를로비바리 자체에 매우 실망하였으나 호텔 지배인이 직접 나와서 문제를 해결해 주었음. 헬루안 호텔의 리셉션은 바로 옆 에스테르 호텔에 있으므로 체크인시 옆건물로 가야 함.

Heaven in Heluan!
a brief stay for two days whch would have been great to extend. Wonderful location and lots to see and plenty of places to eat and drink to suit all budgets. Beatiful buildings and views with lots of walking areas nearby, with two funicular railways and terrific spa facilities, again to suit all budgets.

Visit to Karlsbaden.
The hotel was placed very convienient on a hill slope with a good viev over the Town. The landlady was very helpful and kind. There are lots of nice resturants on Walking distance from the hotel.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in Karlsbad
Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Karlsbad. Parkmöglichkeiten wurden bei unserer Ankunftim Hotel in der Nähe angeboten. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und liebevoll vorbereitet. Es gab eine schöne Auswahl: Rührei, verschiedene Sorten Brot und Brötchen und Kuchen etc.

Gutes und günstiges Hotel
Das Hotel hat mir gefallen. Das einzige Manko war die Entfernung zum Parkplatz - ich musste ca. 8 Minuten gehen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr günstig.

Great hotel if you like a hard bed
I loved everything about this hotel except parking, which was about 0.2 miles away at a different hotel,and the mattress which I imagining would only be envied by prisoners.

좋은 가격대와 그 이상의 시설, 접근성 좋은 호텔
오래되었지만 깔끔하게 유지보수된 호텔이었어요 엔티크 같은 엘리베이터를 타고 올라가는 재미가 있었어요. 호텔방이 아주 넓었어요. 체코 다른 호텔들과 달리 스텝분들이 매우 친절했어요. 영어는 잘 못 알아 듣겠어요. 하지만 항상 친절하고 자세하게 설명해주시려고 노력해주셔서 고마웠어요. 주변에 온천수 터와 가까워서 편리했어요. 아침식사도 포함되어있고 퀄리티도 괜찮았어요. 종류는 많지않지만 치즈나 햄 소시지도 괜찮은 재료를 쓰고 있어서 맛있었어요. 다만, 호텔이 오래된 건물이어서 인지 바깥 소음이 조금 새는 것 같았고, 매트리스가 조금 오래되어서 꺼져서 있었어요. 하지만 크게 불편함은 없이 잘 수 있었습니다. 호텔건물내에 주차시설이 없어서 케이블카를 타고 올라가는 외부 공용 주차공간에 세웠습니다.

Замечательный старинный отель в центре города
Отель замечательный, очень уютный. В номерах нет всех атрибутов, присущих отелю категории 4 звезды, но персонал готов предоставить все необходимое. Замечательный завтрак, очень вкусные молочные продукты. Тишина, покой ( только если не приедут шумные постояльцы)

Vistelsen var bra förutom att det som resenär med bil inte var så enkelt att hitta ichvta sig fram till hotellet. Hotellet hade ingen parkering så vi fick parkera i garage 3 km därifrån. Det rådde parkeringsförbud i större delen av staden. Frukosten var ok och hotellet var mysigt med mycket stora rum. Dock kändes hotellet som 3* och inte 4*. Detta pga enkelhet och lite slitage.

Antique hotel in the middle of town
Hotel Heluan's location is as good as it gets, right smack in the middle of the shopping / touristy area so you don't have to walk more than 10-15 minutes in either direction. Parking was 200 czd and the attendant actually helped us drive our car to the lot! This was extremely helpful because the lot was up a hill where construction was at the time and we were worried about our skill level driving a manual and dealing with all that! Our room was very big and the crown molding was some of the most beautiful I've never seen. Beautiful antique furniture as well. The beds were small but that's pretty typical of Europe. I thought they could have done a better job of providing toiletries (the lotion was in a plastic packet) but overall a very small complaint. Overall a perfect launching pad for our one night exploring the town!

Bra hotell med ok frukost. Dock mycket svårt att ta sig dit med bil. Små och trånga gator. Hotell låg centralt men som bilresenär blev det knöligt. Inga parkeringar vid hotellet. Dåligt med parkering i stan. Vi fick stå i ett p hus ca 3 mk bort. Annars charmigt hotell med snarare 3 * istället för 4*. Rummen var stora och mkt rymliga.
