The property is thoughtfully divided into 3 self-contained apartments, each with its own entrance, dining area, and open kitchen, with no internal connecting door between the floors or between the separated units.
On the ground floor, the first apartment features an entrance hall and 2 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double sofabed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a satellite TV. One bedroom benefits from highly placed windows. The apartment includes a dining area and an open kitchen fitted with 2 hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A terrace exit provides direct outdoor access. The bathroom facilities for this level include a shower room, a combined shower and WC, and a separate WC.
The second apartment on the ground floor also comprises 2 bedrooms, one with 2 beds and one with a French bed and satellite TV, along with a dining room with air conditioning and an open kitchen. A room with 1 set of 2 bunk beds is also part of the ground floor configuration.
