Hotéis perto de Karapuzha Reservoir KL

"The rooms are not as shown in the images. The cottages were very dingy and visibly worn out and unkept. Common areas seem to no be getting any attention. They have an on-site restaurant that does not have any functioning staff or even a full menu. Table tennis table was broken and there were hardly any other amenities."

"Well-appointed cottage, professional service, and a breathtaking landscape makes this resort a top choice in Wayanad. Whether you are enjoying the view from your room or appreciating the thoughtful amenities, the experience is consistently high-quality and relaxing."

"Amazing staff and manager. Property is at perfect location for sunset. Food was good too."

"It was an amazing experience staying at the Vistara property. The staff was cordial and we were well attended to. The property was well maintained and the view from the resort is breathtaking! "

"It's a decent property but service could be better. Pictures look larger than life. Don't let the pictures lure you to book the place. You get what you pay for. Restaurant has decent food but the staff didn't quite get the dietary restrictions. I had to explain it to them each time and yet confused the dishes. Property is on a nice lot but could be much more elevated in decor and services. "

"Other then staff and their helping nature nothing is good rooms are not well maintained neither clean, amenities are of no use and not maintained and above all food is pathetic but expensive"
