"The property was beautifully maintained and wonderful attentive staff. Food was amazing as well. Our only regret is that we only stayed with them for a day as we had a wedding to attend in Ubud. Next time if we come to Lempuyang area, we will definitely stay for longer. One thing I would have enjoyed more is a bigger better ac unit in the bedrooms, ac units in the bedrooms were too small for the size of the room. So it was a bit hot in the room."

"This place is VERY remote. Not exactly a problem being remote, except for when you book transportation through the venue itself you expect your 3 hour drive to be well vetted. No apologies for lost and late drivers throughout the stay. Further, the communication with staff at the hotel was very inadequate, especially with their driver. "Water front Close walk to eating"

"Out of nowhere. Impossible to get a driver to take us out for dinner. Food was really bad. We were only one of two rooms booked, so that might be why they didn’t really into serving us well. Hotel was no help for a driver as well which was a bit frustrating. Nice pool though. Rooms were decent. "
