Overlooking the Indian Ocean, sand dunes and Lancelin township The Lookout is the quintessential coastal house.

Set on 4 acres of native bush the house has been purpose built for guests to enjoy the peace and quiet. With 2 master bedrooms with en-suites in the main house and 4 separate bedrooms with en-suite and tea and coffee making facilities with separate entrances.

Sleeping 12 in total the venue will suit couples or families.

**Please note motorbikes are not allowed at this property**
**No parties or loud noise permitted to disturb neighbours**

This house is set in a quiet rural area on acerage surrounded by native bushland with Ocean Views.

Designed with peace and quiet in mind for total relaxation.

Rental Agreement between the ā€œGuestā€ and the ā€œHostā€
The Guest being the person who makes and pays for the booking on the booking platform.
The Host being the person listed on the booking platform as the host.
The Premises being the house listed on the booking platform on which the Guest has made the reservation.
By making and paying for the booking on the booking platform the guest agrees to the following Rental Agreement for the dates listed on the reservation of the booking platform in the name of the Guest for the Premises listed.
The Guest agrees that no more than the maximum number of guests mentioned in the booking listing may stay at the Premises. If more than the maximum number of guests are found to be staying at the Premises it will result in eviction of all guests, termination of current booking and forfeit of any rent paid by the guest including additional nights not to be taken.
The Guest agrees that no parties, excessive noise or disregard for quiet times and neighbours will result in eviction of all guests, termination of current booking and forfeit of any fees paid by the guest including pre-paid Rent of additional nights not taken.
The Guest agrees to all rules and policies listed on the booking platform.
The Guest agrees to leave the premises as listed on the booking platform in a tidy and respected state.
The Guest agrees that they are responsible for any and all damages to the Premises or complaints/prosecutions during their stay.
The Guest agrees, along with neighbours, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.
HOST’S LIABILITY. The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognizes that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.
The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behaviour shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
The Guest agree that any personal items or possessions that are left on the Premises are not the responsibility of the Host. The Host shall make every reasonable effort to return the item to the Guest. If claims are not made within the State’s required time period or two (2) weeks, whichever is shorter, the Host shall be able to dispose of such items as they see fit.
Quiet Hours 11pm-7am.
No washing cars at the property.
No campers, tents or caravans
No extra guests, any extra guests found to be staying at the property will result in termination of booking, eviction, forfeit of any fees paid.
No parties, or excessive noise, complaints will result in termination of booking, eviction and forfeit of fees paid.
No leavers groups.
No motorbikes to be ridden on this property or its surrounds.

Holiday on the Lookout

Great property, overlooking a beautiful view. Some lawn area to spend time on, many balconies to enjoy family time. Just needed some basic supplies like hair shampoo and bags for the bins and some maintenance on the locks. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

A beautiful house in a great location. Was great to have so much room for all. The self contained units were excellent to allow for plenty of private space and time when needed.

Slice of Paradise

Awesome property, really well setup for groups with each of the separate units. Its as good as the ad says, each one is beautifully furnished and with its own ensuite bathroom. Location is great too, with views of the sea and unobstructed sunset in the evening. Lancelin itself is only a 5 minute drive away. Only downside was we found a few of the cups were quite dirty when we got there, but there was enough cutlery provided that this wasn't really an issue.

amazingly spacious

perfect for big groups, especially if you’re interested in fishing and 4x4 driving since it’s so close to the lancelin dunes and the beach. the house is spectacular, stunning views and amazing facilities.

Wonderful Property

This house is perfect for a large group to get together. The house is a great design with internal communal areas flowing out to the outdoor verandah with views of the coast and sunset making for a great environment to relax and unwind with friends. The 4 units are detached from the main house but are also well furnished and worked well for us if/when we wanted to separate for a rest.

New home with nice view

It is a rural property hence we see quite a few bugs inside and outside house. One of the door couldn't lock properly, after check out we communicate to the owner and the owner said "the door wasn't broken before your stay". The owner deduct some money from our deposit claiming the house wasn't clean. However in my opinion upon booking the house we already paid for the cleaning fee as clearly stated in separate cleaning item. The owner expect the house to be very clean which is a bit too high expectation, after all we have 11 people stayed for 2 nights so there will be things accidentally dropped on floor and we didn't think we need to spring clean the property upon check out. The owner also expected us to unload the dishwasher before we leave the property (when we first arrive the dishwasher wasn't unloaded we have to unload it, maybe cleaner forgot to do that). Before check out we hand washed some cups and left it beside the sink to dry but the owner complained about that. The owner also claimed and below are her exact words from message "you also used the hand soup in the shower you are supposed to bring your own toiletries it doesn't say anywhere that we provide these". I don't understand why we can't use the hand soup (I didn't use it we brought our own toiletries but we have few families so might be one of kids used it?) Having said that I have to say after communication the owner refund the deducted deposit to us. But the experience of communication was unpleasant. The house has nice view and is really new, living room is spacious. The owner respond to question fairly quickly. Also when we asked if we can have late check out the owner said yes without hesitation which is much appreciated (we still checked out on time but I appreciate the offer).

Great getaway house for large groups

The house is very nice and was perfect for our large group on our short getaway. The owner was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with when planning and anything else that popped up during our stay. The house is in a great location just outside Lancelin with great views of the sunset in the afternoon. I would highly recommend this house to others.
