"Nordnest," located in the center of Kappeln, offers practical accommodation for up to three people across approximately 42 m². The apartment is situated on the first floor of a building that houses a physiotherapy practice on the ground floor and two other apartments on the first floor.

The cozy apartment consists of two rooms: a bedroom featuring a double bed (180x200 cm) and a TV, and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with amenities including a ceramic cooktop, a microwave with a convection function, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate guest toilet complete the facilities.

Please note that the property is NOT wheelchair accessible; there are two steps leading into the living room within the apartment itself.
It is not suitable for toddlers (under 2 years of age). The kitchen window opens fully, and the windowsill height is less than 80 cm.

A shared, lockable bicycle shed is available in the courtyard for your bikes.
