With the sailing and motorboat harbor of the OstseeResort Olpenitz on one side and the Schlei fjord on the other, this holiday home "Palstek" boasts a prime waterfront location on a narrow peninsula, surrounded by water. The white sandy beach of the OstseeResort Olpenitz and the Weidefelder sandy beach are just a short walk away.
Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows offer stunning views of the water. Each level of the holiday home features a terrace with harbor views. The highlight is the large 360° roof terrace with all-day sunshine.
If you're looking for a wellness holiday, you've come to the right place. The Finnish sauna and a relaxing whirlpool tub offer rejuvenation after a long walk on the beach.
The open-plan, light-filled living and dining area is located on the ground floor of the holiday home. From here, you have direct access to the adjoining terrace. Enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or a barbecue in the evening – harbor views are guaranteed. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is fully equipped for complete holiday comfort.
The entire house features underfloor heating. The Finnish sauna, whirlpool tub, and wood-burning stove promise comfort in every season and make the holiday home particularly cozy – even on those typical Nordic days with bad weather. A smart TV with Telekom Home Entertainment provides additional entertainment.
The holiday home's relaxation area is located on the first floor. You can fall asleep and wake up to a water view in one of the two bedrooms. The master bedroom faces the harbor and features a double bed (180 x 200 cm). Enjoy your morning coffee on the adjoining terrace and watch the sailboats depart.
The second bedroom offers a view of the Schlei fjord and has two comfortable single box-spring beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and an additional flat-screen TV. Also on this level is the fully equipped bathroom with a water view. A guest toilet on the ground floor provides added convenience.
The "Palstek" holiday home is a semi-detached house. A parking space and a private bicycle shed with separate bike racks are available directly in front of the house. Working from home with a water view is also possible – a desk is provided.
Our favorite spot: Experience terrace hopping – enjoy your morning coffee on the bedroom terrace, sunbathe on the roof terrace, and after a long walk on the beach, kick off a barbecue on the ground-floor waterfront terrace – that's what a vacation is all about.
