The holiday home "Barbara" leaves nothing to be desired in its approximately 127 m². The modern and stylishly furnished living and dining area invites you to linger and offers a beautiful view of the harbor through floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the terrace. The new and high-quality equipped kitchen is perfect for convivial evenings of cooking.
From the two bedrooms on the first floor, which can accommodate four people, you have an idyllic view of the water. The master bedroom features a large box-spring bed and faces the marina. The second bedroom offers two single box-spring beds that can easily be pushed together to enjoy the view of the Schlei fjord.
A highlight of the house is the studio on the second floor, which offers a fantastic view over the Schlei and the entire harbor of the resort. This additional living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) for two people. From the studio, you can access the spacious roof terrace, where you can admire the sunset. In addition, the sauna and another large shower are located on the top floor.
The guest toilet is on the ground floor. Two free parking spaces are located directly in front of the property.
