The holiday apartment "Sea Love 1" is located in the northern part of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, right by the marina, and offers 82 square meters of living space, comfortably accommodating four people. Thanks to its single-story design, extra-wide doors, and grab bars in the bathroom, the apartment is fully accessible and particularly suitable for guests with disabilities.

The bright and inviting living and dining area features floor-to-ceiling windows with wonderful views of the terrace and the marina. The south-facing terrace is directly accessible from the living area and is perfect for relaxing in your own beach chair or enjoying a leisurely meal while watching the sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a home cook could wish for and is ideal for cooking together in the evenings. The comfortably furnished living room includes a comfortable corner sofa and a cozy armchair. A large smart TV provides additional entertainment, though you'll likely find it unnecessary with the stunning sea views.

A special feature of this holiday home is that both bedrooms, each with a large double box-spring bed, have access to a second terrace. Both bedrooms have their own wardrobe and bedside tables, and the master bedroom also features a second TV for additional entertainment.

Those seeking peace and quiet will also find what they're looking for. The infrared sauna with a hi-fi sound system and LED color light therapy offers a small wellness oasis for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Furthermore, the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, whirlpool tub, toilet, large washbasin, and a towel warmer for extra warmth.

Children are very welcome in this house. A high chair is available, and a travel cot can be provided upon request. A private parking space and a bicycle shed are available in front of the house.

The holiday property "Sea Love 1" is part of the exclusive northern Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that construction work may still be taking place in the surrounding area. We will gladly inform you about the current status. However, we do not have information on when future work will be carried out.
